If you’re living with a disability and are having difficulty with driving or using public transport to get out and about, we can assist. Our team at Evergreen Care can provide you with transportation to school, work, shops, appointments or anywhere else that you need to go to.
Our vehicles are modified to accommodate wheelchairs. We also provide supports to enable you build capacity to travel independently on public transport. Our service can be as a one-off or be on a regular basis according to your needs.
